I've been in the cleaning industry coming on nine years and I absolutely just love business, and even more. I love the cleaning and education business side. I think that the most rewarding thing about the cleaning industry is that anyone can come in, learn some skills and be into the cleaning industry. It also makes it the hardest part because there is a very low barrier to entry. And everyone thinks the old classic. "How hard can it be?" Well, friend, we know it can get very bloody hard. I believe that life is incredibly short. And having some of my own sorrows and traumas occur.

I'm even more determined to make an impact using my business, we should make big decisions, execute big plans and live big and happy lives. I'm all for using systems and digital media to enhance our businesses, but not replace the human element.

All of our training will help you and guide you through how to keep and sustain profitable clients and cleaners without burnout. We also help you when to use systems and automations. I work with cleaning businesses all across the world to make sure that they're packaging their business at the highest end of the cleaning industry, and that they are commanding the best pricing available for everything.

Monday Night Roundtable Discussions are an incredible way week to week to make sure that the most emerging answers that are most emerging, our questions are answered. Each Monday night before the week has a chance to run away from us. We go through the burning questions that just can't wait till the next master class, you're able each member is able to submit questions that then one of our coaches or experts answers for you. Each of those Monday night roundtables is recorded, and the answers are stashed away in the portal for you to watch later.

⭐ Monthly Masterclasses with Guest Experts

Monthly master classes each month we have a master class that is run by an external provider, and a master class that is run by us. So we have a fortnightly masterclass, you get 12 guest experts per year and 12 in house experts per year. They are tangible things that you can action straight away in your business on a particular topic. You then get homework to take away and make sure that that week has impact.

We have an amazing resource library, we have a video and document resource library on all of the topics that you can come across in business. Some of our coaches who specialize in operations, finance or hiring will do bonus sessions for you. We've created small buddy groups to facilitate holding the accountability, we find that coach accountability is great, but pure accountability can be a real motivating factor. Having others hold you responsible for the work you do an a daily or weekly basis is a good way to jump-kick you into action. Being social creatures, we respond well to being around others, and receiving praise and recognition for the work we do. This is why we want to ensure you are on track with working towards whatever goals you have going on.
