TIPS ON HIRING KILLER CLEANERS

 

  1. Paying above award does not make a difference in attraction.
  2. Your profit must be 22-28% every month or do not hire yet.
  3. Employees cost time and money. Have both spare at the time of hiring.
  4. Make sure you are an employer people WANT to work for. I wasn’t for a long time. Now I am. I have no trouble finding workers - it’s us not them!
  5. We know how to clean but leading? "WOW! was I bad at that?"  When you decide to hire, make sure you’ve done or are in some form of leadership training.
  6. They are not and should never be your “friends“. I am yet to see this work long term.
  7. They will come and go. The goal is not for them to stay forever. I expect them to make me money 💰 from word go doing their best cleans. My promise to them is “When you leave here you and your life are better for having worked here.“
  8. Cleaners can be the worst cleaners. They already know it all and come with habits so be open to greenies.
  9. Super tax return workers comp long service and WHS are basic knowledge you need or do not hire. Dive into some learning and get the basics 
  10. Hire from values. Train to your values. Everything connects to your values.
